Brand enquiry privacy notice

Fare&qe collects the name, company or brand, email address, website, discussion topic and message that you submit through the For Brands contact form.

Purpose and recipients

We use this information to assess your enquiry, reply to you and evaluate a possible editorial or market-development relationship. Fare&qe and the email delivery provider used to transmit the enquiry receive the information.

Retention

For enquiries that do not become an active relationship, information is retained for 12 months from the last substantive contact. Correspondence for active relationships is retained during the relationship and reviewed annually. Contractual, accounting, tax and other legally required records follow their applicable retention periods.
